Gift Vouchers

  • Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for three years from the date purchased (visible in the unique voucher code).
  • Vouchers may be used as full or part payment against any gift shop item unless stated otherwise in the item description.
  • Your shopping bag total must be equal to or greater than the value of the voucher. 
  • Vouchers may be used as part payment towards a pet portrait. 
  • Only one voucher may be used per order via the online gift shop.
  • Multiple vouchers may be used in payment towards a pet portrait.
  • Each voucher shows a unique discount code, that may only be used once. It is your responsibility to safeguard this code for your personal use. Once a voucher code has been used online, it will no longer be valid.
  • Refunds are not available on goods purchased with vouchers, and in the event that you are unhappy with goods purchased, a credit note will be issued upon return of the item. This does not affect your statutory rights. 
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Copyright

  • Copyright on all the artwork produced is retained by myself, Katie Hough. This includes the right to use images of the artwork in promotional materials. 
  • Customer emails, in whole or in part, may be used as testimonials online and in print. If you would prefer these not to be used please let me know when ordering.
  • All website content is the property of Tom Helme (Local Creative and Katie Hough). Images and text may not be used without prior permission, and any person found to be using images and text without aforementioned permission may be subject to legal proceedings.

Special Offers

Discount codes are for use online at http://www.katiehough.co.uk/gift-shop only, and can not be redeemed at any retailer, venue or other retail outlet. The discount applies to the product cost and to the specified items only, and will not be applied to shipping costs, VAT or any other additional costs. Voucher codes hold no cash value and may not be exchanged for any other item. 

 

Returns Policy

We are committed to quality and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods 
If we shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, simply email us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to [email protected] Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Please send your request within 30 days of receipt. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the cost of delivery

Other Returns:
If your items arrived in good condition but you have changed your mind, no problem! You can return your item within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund for the price of the product.

If you notify us of your intent to return your item within 14 days of receiving it, you may also be entitled to a refund of the cost of delivery. Cost of delivery is the amount paid by you for shipment of the goods to your designated shipping address (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery method). We do not refund the cost of delivery for serviced items, all of which are custom-made to order. Serviced items include all framed items, canvas. To qualify for a refund of the cost of delivery (if applicable), you must return the goods within 14 days of your request of a refund.

To return an item, please pack them in the original box  You may also inform us of your intent to return an item via letter by post or e-mail. Please include your name, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, as well as your order number, the shipping ID and/or item number. Please include a brief description of the reason for the return.

Please be aware that you are obligated to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. If you are returning an item that is not normally capable of being returned by post, you are still responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Refund Payments
Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such refund. Except in the case of Photo Returns, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Exchanges
If your item arrived in good condition, but you would like to exchange it for a product in a different size or for a different item, please return the item for a refund using the method described in "Other Returns" and place a new order.
